Intrinsic Motivators
To us, it’s more than just a fancy term that social scientists use because it gets at the heart of what we do. Interestingly, it corresponds to the heart … but especially the head. People choose to invest time and effort for doing, remembering, and sharing only when they are motivated to do so. Our work seeks to tap into the internal triggers in our brains (often in conjunction with our hearts) that motivate and sustain our efforts.
